Human TLR4 interactor with leucine rich repeats (TRIL) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of TLR4 interactor with leucine rich repeats (TRIL) in human samples. TRIL is a component of the TLR4 signaling complex, mediating the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and leading to cytokine secretion. The kit detects natural and recombinant human TRIL with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.083ng/mL.

The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Reported intra-assay CV is 8.9% and inter-assay CV is 11.5%. Linearity has been demonstrated across serum (103-120%), EDTA plasma (91-117%) and heparin plasma (95-117%) at serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery averages 105% for serum (range 99-111%) and 107% for plasma (range 101-113%).

TRIL is a single-pass type I membrane protein belonging to the lipopolysaccharide receptor complex alongside CD14, MD-2 and TLR4. The associated UniProt accession is Q7L0X0. For research use only.
