Human TLR4 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human TLR4 ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) levels in human samples. The assay is reactive with human and is intended for immunology research.

TLR4 is a key component of the innate immune system, involved in recognizing pathogen-associated molecular patterns and triggering immune responses. Dysregulation of TLR4 signaling has been linked to inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases, making quantitative TLR4 measurement useful for researchers studying immune responses, inflammation, and infectious diseases.

The assay offers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity has been validated in serum (93-101% at 1:2, 88-104% at 1:4, 85-102% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (85-97%, 83-99%, 84-94%) and heparin plasma (82-98%, 83-99%, 80-100%). Recovery ranges are 85-102% for serum (average 92%), 87-105% for EDTA plasma (average 96%), and 90-105% for heparin plasma (average 98%). The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
