Human TLR3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1162)

The Human TLR3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Toll-like Receptor 3, a pattern-recognition receptor central to innate antiviral immunity. TLR3 recognizes double-stranded RNA produced during viral replication and drives type I interferon and inflammatory cytokine responses. Investigators studying viral pathogenesis, vaccine adjuvant biology, autoimmune inflammation, or dsRNA-sensing pathways can apply this kit to human cell culture supernatants, plasma, or serum-derived samples.

The microplate-based workflow uses a capture antibody specific for human TLR3, with bound protein detected via a biotinylated secondary antibody and streptavidin-HRP. A recombinant TLR3 standard is supplied for generating the calibration curve. The standard protocol requires 100 uL of sample per well and generally completes within 3 to 4 hours of incubation at room temperature. Standard and antibody vials should be refrigerated upon arrival, and reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles. All reagents are supplied for research use only and are not validated for diagnostic applications. Validation studies report no significant cross-reactivity with closely related human Toll-like receptors, and the capture antibody is human-specific.
