Human TLR1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1160)

Toll-Like Receptor 1 (TLR1) is a membrane-bound pattern recognition receptor that forms heterodimers with TLR2 to sense bacterial triacylated lipoproteins. The Human TLR1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of this receptor in human research specimens and supports investigation of innate immune signaling, inflammation pathways, and host responses to microbial challenge.

Each kit contains pre-coated microplate strips, detection antibodies, standards, and buffers sufficient for 96 assays. The absorbance-based readout is read on a standard microplate reader, and the assay is intended for in vitro measurement of TLR1 in human specimens.

Validated specimen types include cell culture supernatants, with the assay also compatible with plasma or serum fractions from human donors, making the kit suitable for both cell-based immunology experiments and translational research on circulating TLR1 levels.
