Reconstituted standards and concentrated reagents are stored frozen at -20 °C, and the unopened kit is refrigerated until first use. Each well receives a 100 µL sample volume, absorbance is recorded on a standard plate reader, and sample concentrations are interpolated from the included standard curve.
