Human TIMP4 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human TIMP4 (Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloproteinases 4), a key regulator of tissue remodelling and extracellular matrix turnover involved in cell migration, invasion, and angiogenesis. The kit uses a double-antibody Sandwich ELISA format with a colorimetric detection method and offers a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL across a measuring range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL.

Suitable for use with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples, the reagents should be stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for up to 12 months.
