The Human TIMP-4 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloproteinase 4 in human samples. TIMP-4 is a 22 kDa secreted glycoprotein that regulates extracellular matrix turnover by inhibiting matrix metalloproteinases, particularly MMP-2 and MMP-9.
