Human Tie-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1149)

This Assay Genie kit targets Tie-1, an endothelial cell-surface receptor tyrosine kinase central to vascular development, vessel remodeling, and tumor angiogenesis. The assay enables quantitative measurement of Tie-1 in conditioned media from endothelial cell cultures as well as in blood-derived fractions, supporting research into cardiovascular biology, vessel dysfunction, and oncology biomarker discovery.

Tie-1 heterodimerizes with the related receptor Tie-2 on vascular endothelium and has been implicated in inflammation-driven vascular leakage, making it a target of interest in sepsis, atherosclerosis, and diabetic vasculopathy studies. Pre-coated capture plates and lyophilized standards minimize hands-on time during plate setup.

Each kit contains reagents sufficient for one full microplate run. Store unopened kit components refrigerated; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The recommended sample volume is 100 µl per well, with each sample run in duplicate to support intra-assay precision assessment.
