Human Thyroxine Antibody ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Thyroxine Antibody (TAB) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for Research Use Only.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 28.125 ng/ml and a measurement range of 46.875-3000 ng/ml. Spiked recovery averaged 95% in serum, 93% in EDTA plasma, and 96% in UFH plasma. Intra-Assay precision is reported as CV<8% and Inter-Assay precision as CV<10%. The kit is shipped and stored at 4°C with a stated shelf life of 6 months.

Sample preparation protocols are provided for serum, plasma, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, tissue homogenates, tissue lysates, and breast milk.
