Human Thyrotropin receptor (TSHR) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Thyrotropin receptor (TSHR) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, using a colorimetric detection method. It is for research use only. The kit is reactive with human samples and its specificity is directed against natural and recombinant human Thyrotropin receptor (synonyms: Thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor, TSH-R, LGR3; UniProt P16473).

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 15.3pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.5%. Linearity values across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions are: serum (N=5) 100-109%, 106-116%, 94-106%, 96-107%; EDTA plasma (N=5) 90-100%, 103-115%, 105-115%, 89-100%; heparin plasma (N=5) 108-117%, 110-120%, 97-106%, 101-111%. Recovery is reported as 93% (range 87-99%) for serum and 95% (range 89-101%) for plasma.
