Human Thyroid Transcription Factor 1 (TITF1) ELISA Kit

Quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie for measuring human thyroid transcription factor 1 (TITF1, also called TTF-1 or NKX2-1) in research-derived samples. TITF1 is a homeodomain-containing transcription factor that regulates gene expression during lung and thyroid organogenesis and is widely used as an immunohistochemical marker to distinguish lung adenocarcinoma and thyroid carcinomas from other tumor types. The reagents are configured for colorimetric readout on a standard microplate reader and are validated for use with tissue homogenates and cell lysates. Each kit contains materials sufficient for 96 individual determinations, supporting studies in pulmonary development, thyroid biology, and oncology biomarker investigation where quantitative measurement of TITF1 protein is required.
