Human Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of TSH in human serum samples. TSH is a glycoprotein hormone secreted by the anterior pituitary that controls production of T3 and T4, making its serum level a central biomarker for evaluating thyroid function, screening for hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, and monitoring pituitary axis activity.

The protocol requires a sample volume of 50 uL per well, and all reagents needed to complete the run are supplied, including pre-coated wells, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, and wash buffer. Components should be kept refrigerated and protected from light until use. The kit is supplied for research use only in in vitro applications.
