Human Thymus Expressed Chemokine (TECK) ELISA Kit

The TECK chemokine, also designated CCL25, is a CC-family chemokine that binds the CCR9 receptor and directs lymphocyte trafficking to the small intestine and thymus. This Assay Genie kit quantifies TECK concentrations in human serum, plasma, and other biological fluids using a sandwich ELISA workflow run on a 96-well microplate.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, sensitivity below 9.4 pg/mL, and a 100 uL sample volume per well. The procedure uses a pre-coated capture plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate for colorimetric readout at 450 nm.
