Human Thymus Activation Regulated Chemokine (TARC) ELISA Kit

CCL17/TARC is a CC-family chemokine that drives CCR4-mediated recruitment of Th2 lymphocytes and has been investigated as a biomarker in atopic dermatitis, asthma, Hodgkin lymphoma, and other Th2-skewed disease states. The Assay Genie assay uses a paired-antibody format with a colorimetric readout compatible with standard microplate readers. Capture and detection antibodies are human-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity observed with murine CCL17 or related CC chemokines. Unopened kits are shipped refrigerated and stored at 4°C; reconstituted standards and working detection antibody are kept at -20°C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw loss.
