Human Thymosin Beta 10/TMSB10 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human Thymosin Beta 10/TMSB10 ELISA Kit is a colorimetric, competitive enzyme immunoassay designed to measure TMSB10 levels in human samples. TMSB10 is a protein implicated in cell migration, wound healing and tissue regeneration, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, inflammatory diseases and other pathological conditions, making the kit useful for biomarker and therapeutic research.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate and other liquid samples. The assay has a stated sensitivity of 18.75 ng/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 ng/mL. Sealed kit components should be stored at 2-8°C and not frozen.

Reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spans 92-99%, 87-103% and 93-102% for serum (n=10); 82-96%, 86-101% and 85-96% for EDTA plasma (n=10); and 82-100%, 82-98% and 81-99% for heparin plasma (n=10). Recovery ranges are 96-103% (average 100%) for serum, 85-102% (average 92%) for EDTA plasma and 91-97% (average 94%) for heparin plasma. The protocol uses a biotin-labelled antibody with HRP-streptavidin detection and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
