Human Thymine DNA Glycosylase (TDG) ELISA Kit

Thymine DNA Glycosylase (TDG) is a base excision repair enzyme that initiates removal of thymine from G:T mispairs in DNA, a step in active DNA demethylation and maintenance of genomic stability. This quantitative ELISA from Assay Genie allows researchers to measure TDG protein in tissue homogenates, supporting work in epigenetics, DNA repair biology, and oncology where altered TDG expression has been reported. The kit supplies reagents sufficient for 96 determinations and is specific to human TDG, intended for research use only across workflows such as profiling expression in cell lines, tumor specimens, and matched normal tissue.
