Human Thymidine Phosphorylase ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit designed for the quantitative measurement of human thymidine phosphorylase. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with reactivity confirmed for human analytes.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a working range of 0.781-50 ng/mL. Linearity was assessed for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions and is documented in the kit materials. Recovery in serum (n = 5) ranged from 92-103% with an average of 98%, in EDTA plasma (n = 5) from 85-98% with an average of 92%, and in heparin plasma (n = 5) from 86-104% with an average of 96%. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
