Description
Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit measures human Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay shows specificity for natural and recombinant human TSLP.
Performance characteristics: detection range 31.2-2000 pg/mL, sensitivity 10 pg/mL, intra-assay CV 4.7%, inter-assay CV 7.8%. Recovery averages 94% (88-100%) in serum and 96% (90-102%) in plasma. TSLP is a secreted cytokine (UniProt Q969D9; 7,426 Da) central to immune regulation and inflammation, with roles in asthma, atopic dermatitis, and other allergic diseases. For research use only.
