Human THUMPD3 ELISA Kit (HUFI06105)

Built around a pre-coated microplate, the Assay Genie Human THUMPD3 ELISA Kit works as a sandwich immunoassay with biotin-streptavidin-HRP signal amplification and an absorbance-based readout. The kit targets THUMPD3 (THUMP domain-containing protein 3; UniProt Q9BV44), the catalytic acetyltransferase subunit that, together with NAT10, installs N4-acetylcytidine marks on tRNA and on certain coding mRNAs. Altered THUMPD3 expression has been documented in hepatocellular carcinoma and other tumour contexts, and the assay is routinely used by groups working on epitranscriptomic writers, ac4C modification biology, and cancer biomarker screening in patient-matched serum and plasma cohorts.

Each kit ships with a plate, lyophilised recombinant standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. A 100 uL standard or sample volume is added per well, and the standard curve spans picogram-per-millilitre concentrations. Reagents are stable for several months when stored refrigerated and protected from light, with reconstituted standards aliquoted and held frozen to limit loss across repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The capture antibody is human-specific, and no significant cross-reactivity is reported with rodent Thumpd3 orthologues, making the format appropriate for matched-sample studies in which clinical serum and plasma are the primary analyte source.
