Human Threonyl tRNA Synthetase (TARS) ELISA Kit

This immunoassay kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human threonyl-tRNA synthetase, the class II aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase that charges tRNA^Thr with threonine during translation. The assay is intended for research into aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase biology, translational fidelity, and the noncanonical signaling activities reported for secreted TARS in inflammatory and immune contexts.
