The Human THOC6 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of THOC6 protein levels. THOC6 (THO complex subunit 6) is a component of the THO/TREX ribonucleoprotein complex that couples mRNA transcription with nuclear export, and altered THOC6 expression has been linked to Beaulieu-Boycott-Innes syndrome, a rare neurodevelopmental disorder.
