Human THBS4/Thrombospondin-4 ELISA Kit

A high quality Sandwich ELISA designed by Assay Genie for the precise measurement of thrombospondin-4 (THBS4) levels in human samples. The kit uses a colorimetric double-antibody sandwich format and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, offering a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL.

Spike-and-recovery studies in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma gave average recovery values of 94% across all three matrices, with ranges of 89–105% (serum), 86–102% (EDTA plasma), and 85–103% (heparin plasma). Linearity on serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) fell within 86–90% to 81–100% for serum, 90–98% to 87–96% for EDTA plasma, and 94–105% to 82–101% for heparin plasma. The assay is read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development, and unopened kits are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
