The Assay Genie Human TFDP2 ELISA Kit is an in vitro quantitative immunoassay tool designed to measure Transcription Factor Dp-2 (TFDP2) in human research specimens. TFDP2, also referred to as DP2, is a member of the DP family of heterodimeric transcription factors that dimerize with E2F proteins to drive expression of genes required for G1-to-S phase cell cycle progression. Because altered TFDP2 activity has been linked to proliferative disorders and tumor cell models, accurate quantitation of the protein supports studies in oncology, cell biology, and signal transduction.

Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, calibrated recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, wash concentrate, substrate solution, and stop reagent, together with a detailed protocol insert.
