Human Tetranectin (CLEC3B) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of Tetranectin (CLEC3B) levels in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Tetranectin, also known as C-type lectin domain family 3 member B (CLEC3B), is a glycoprotein implicated in cell adhesion, matrix assembly, wound healing, and tissue remodeling. Abnormal Tetranectin levels have been associated with cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammatory disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for research.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specific for natural and recombinant human Tetranectin, a homotrimeric secreted protein. It has a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 5.8% and an inter-assay CV of 7.6%. Functionally, Tetranectin binds to plasminogen and to isolated kringle 4, and may be involved in the packaging of molecules destined for exocytosis. For research use only.
