Human Testosterone ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie testosterone competitive ELISA is a research use only in vitro diagnostic tool for measuring testosterone levels in human serum and plasma samples. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method in a 96-well microplate format, allowing laboratories to process many samples in parallel. Testosterone is the principal male sex hormone and its quantification supports research in endocrinology, reproductive biology, sports medicine, and clinical studies. Standards and samples are pipetted into pre-coated wells, incubated, and read on a standard microplate reader at 450 nm. The procedure typically requires 25-50 µL of sample per well. Reconstituted reagents should be stored at 2-8°C while the unopened kit may be kept at -20°C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles by aliquoting working solutions before use.
