Human Testin ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA from Assay Genie, coated with antigen, intended for the quantitative measurement of Testin in human samples. Sensitivity is reported at 0.375 ng/mL with an assay range of 0.625–40 ng/mL. Detection is colorimetric.

Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is reported as 89–101%, 88–101%, and 85–104% for serum; 86–96%, 83–89%, and 84–96% for EDTA plasma; and 84–98%, 83–98%, and 80–95% for heparin plasma (n=10 each). Recovery ranges are 85–101% (average 92%) for serum, 89–99% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–105% (average 93%) for heparin plasma.
