Human Testican-2 (SPOCK2) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of human Testican-2 (SPOCK2), a secreted proteoglycan localised to the extracellular space and extracellular matrix (UniProt Q92563). The assay is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Testican-2.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 8.1% and an inter-assay CV of 9.4%.
