Human TESPA1 ELISA Kit (HUFI06151)

TESPA1 (Thymocyte Expressed, Positive Selection Associated 1) is a T-lineage signaling molecule involved in positive selection of thymocytes and downstream TCR signaling. The Assay Genie immunoassay is configured for quantitative measurement of human TESPA1 in serum and plasma, using 50 μL of sample per well in a 96-well microplate strip frame. The kit employs a human-specific capture antibody with no significant cross-reactivity with mouse Tespa1, making the workflow appropriate for studies of T-cell maturation, autoimmune mechanisms, and immune-oncology biomarker research. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be stored at -20 °C and protected from light, while the microplate is shipped refrigerated with shelf life adequate for the full 96-assay workflow.
