Human Telomerase Associated Protein 1 (TEP1) ELISA Kit

Built around an absorbance-based detection format, this Assay Genie ELISA provides quantitative measurement of Telomerase-Associated Protein 1 (TEP1) in human samples. TEP1 participates in the telomerase ribonucleoprotein complex and the vault particle, making it a useful target in studies of telomere maintenance, cellular senescence, and ribonucleoprotein assembly. The assay is optimized for tissue homogenates and cell lysates, with readings taken on standard microplate readers. Reagents are supplied in a microplate configured for 96 determinations and are intended for research use only.
