Tektin-4 (TEKT4) is a microtubule-stabilizing protein predominantly expressed in the testis, where it contributes to flagellar architecture and sperm motility during spermatogenesis. The Assay Genie Human TEKT4 ELISA Kit is a quantitative immunoassay intended to measure human Tektin-4 levels in research samples, supporting studies in reproductive biology, male fertility, and germ-cell development.

The assay uses paired capture and detection antibodies together with a colorimetric readout on a pre-coated microplate, yielding 96 determinations per kit. Sample input is compatible with human serum as well as EDTA- or heparin-treated plasma.
