The Human TECK PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative immunoassay for measuring thymus-expressed chemokine (CCL25), a CC-chemokine that directs lymphocyte trafficking to the thymus during T-cell development and to the small intestinal epithelium in peripheral tissues. Researchers studying mucosal immunology, inflammatory bowel disease, and thymic biology use this kit to quantify CCL25 release from cultured cells as well as circulating levels in clinical research samples.
