Human TCTP/TPT1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich-format ELISA is designed for the quantitative detection of TCTP (translationally controlled tumor protein, also known as TPT1) in human samples. Using a colorimetric, TMB-based double-antibody sandwich ELISA, the kit supports research into this protein's role in cell growth, proliferation, and apoptosis regulation, and its implications in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reported linearity across dilutions is: serum 86–101%, 86–101%, 89–102%; EDTA plasma 89–97%, 87–97%, 87–98%; heparin plasma 80–100%, 81–90%, 80–99%. Recovery data: serum 88–103% (average 98%), EDTA plasma 92–105% (average 99%), and heparin plasma 90–101% (average 97%). Absorbance is read at 450 nm, and the kit is stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
