Human TCF4/Transcription factor 4 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Transcription factor 4 (TCF4) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. It uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich detection method with a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. The kit falls within the developmental biology research area and supports studies of a transcription factor whose dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, developmental disorders, and psychiatric conditions.

Validation data show consistent performance across matrices. Recovery averages are 94% for serum (range 85–102%), 98% for EDTA plasma (range 93–103%), and 93% for heparin plasma (range 86–103%). Linearity for diluted samples at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 ranges from 80% to 105% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. The assay procedure includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37 °C, a 60-minute biotinylated detection antibody incubation, a 30-minute HRP-streptavidin step, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added. Unopened kit components are stable for 12 months when stored at 2–8 °C.
