Human TCF3/Transcription factor E2-alpha ELISA Kit

TCF3, also known as E2A, is a critical transcription factor that regulates gene expression and cell differentiation, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, developmental disorders, and immune system abnormalities, making accurate measurement valuable for studying disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.

The kit uses a sandwich ELISA, double antibody format with a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity values across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) are 86-102%, 85-103% and 87-102% for serum; 86-98%, 83-98% and 86-101% for EDTA plasma; and 82-96%, 82-94% and 81-95% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 94-97% (serum, average 95%), 91-99% (EDTA plasma, average 96%) and 88-98% (heparin plasma, average 93%).

The assay procedure involves reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate colour development for 10-20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after adding the stop solution.
