TCF12 (also known as HEB, HeLa E-box binding protein) is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor that binds canonical E-box motifs and drives lineage commitment programs in hematopoietic and neural progenitors. The Assay Genie immunoassay quantitatively measures endogenous human TCF12 levels in research samples, supporting studies of T-cell maturation, E-protein network signaling, and tumor contexts where TCF12 expression is dysregulated.

The kit is supplied as a complete ready-to-use microplate format with pre-titrated capture antibody, lyophilised recombinant standards, biotinylated detection reagent, and developing substrate. Components should be stored at 4°C for short-term use; reconstituted standards are best aliquoted and frozen to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
