TCERG1 (Transcription Elongation Regulator 1), also known as CA150, is a nuclear phosphoprotein that modulates RNA polymerase II transcriptional elongation and pre-mRNA splicing. Dysregulated TCERG1 expression has been linked to autoimmune disease, hematologic malignancies, and solid tumor biology, so quantitative measurement of circulating TCERG1 levels is useful as a research biomarker.

This Assay Genie kit ships as a microplate with pre-coated capture wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant protein standards, wash buffer concentrate, and TMB substrate. The workflow follows a standard incubation and wash protocol, with absorbance measured on a conventional microplate reader.
