Human TCEB2 (Transcription elongation factor B polypeptide 2) ELISA Kit

Designed for research use, the Assay Genie Human TCEB2 (Transcription elongation factor B polypeptide 2) ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA employing a double-antibody detection method for quantifying TCEB2 in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses colorimetric detection, with absorbance measured at 450 nm following TMB substrate development, and supports studies of transcription elongation and gene regulation, as well as biomarker research in diseases including cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative disorders.

Reported sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL with a detection range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Validated linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spans 85-105% / 90-98% / 80-98% for serum (n = 5), 98-105% / 90-99% / 82-91% for EDTA plasma (n = 5), and 95-102% / 87-99% / 85-94% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Recovery ranges are 88-101% (average 94%) for serum, 90-96% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 90-100% (average 95%) for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
