The Human TCEB1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Elongin B (Transcription Elongation Factor B Subunit 1), a ubiquitously expressed 14 kDa regulatory protein. The assay is species-specific for human TCEB1/Elongin B and has been validated against recombinant human protein standards. TCEB1 partners with Elongin C and the von Hippel-Lindau tumor suppressor within the E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, and the assay supports investigations into hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) signaling, von Hippel-Lindau disease biology, renal cell carcinoma research, and broader studies of transcription elongation.
