Human TBX1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA is configured for double-antibody detection and is intended for the quantitative measurement of TBX1 (T-box protein 1) in human samples, with reactivity confirmed for human specimens. The kit supports a broad range of liquid sample types, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Storage of the kit is specified at 2–8°C for 12 months, and the assay procedure uses a TMB substrate read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.

Reported assay performance for this kit includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5) across dilution steps. Recovery was reported in the same three matrices (n=5).
