Human TBG/SERPINA7 ELISA Kit

Linearity in serum (n=5) is 86-100% at 1:2, 85-104% at 1:4, and 92-102% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) shows 84-98%, 88-93%, and 90-101%; heparin plasma (n=5) shows 83-96%, 82-97%, and 84-95% across the same dilutions. Spike-and-recovery averages are 92% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 98% for heparin plasma, with corresponding ranges of 85-96%, 85-96%, and 90-105%.

Stored at 2-8°C, the kit is stable for 12 months. The workflow uses 37°C incubations for antigen binding and biotinylated detection antibody binding, followed by HRP-streptavidin incubation, TMB color development in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
