TBCEL is a leucine-rich repeat containing cofactor implicated in tubulin post-translational processing and microtubule assembly dynamics, providing a tool for investigations of cytoskeletal biology, neuronal tubulinopathy mechanisms, and cell signaling pathways. The kit is supplied in a 96 Assays plate-format pack and is labeled for research use only. Pre-coated microplate wells, assay buffers, detection reagents, and calibrated standard diluents are included to support the stated number of determinations.
