Built around quantitative detection chemistry, the Assay Genie Human TBCB ELISA Kit reports Tubulin-specific chaperone B across a calibrated range of 0.313 ng/mL to 20 ng/mL, with an analytical sensitivity below 0.188 ng/mL. This span accommodates both low-abundance cell lysates and higher-concentration tissue homogenates, supporting flexible use in cytoskeletal remodelling, mitotic progression, and neuronal differentiation studies.

Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated strip plate, lyophilized recombinant calibrator, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, concentrated wash buffer, TMB one-step substrate, and stop solution. The recommended protocol uses a 100 uL sample load per well, followed by sequential incubations of roughly 2.5 hours, 1 hour, and 45 minutes at room temperature, before a 30 minute chromogenic step and addition of stop solution.

Validation work showed no significant cross-reactivity between human TBCB and homologous tubulin-folding cofactors, supporting accurate quantitation in serum-type and plasma-type specimen matrices. Standard curves are generated from serial dilutions of the supplied calibrator, and all reagents should be stored frozen at -20 degrees C between runs to preserve antibody binding activity.
