Human TAX1BP3 ELISA Kit (HUFI06200)

This Assay Genie ELISA provides quantitative measurement of TAX1BP3 (Tax1-binding protein 3), a 14 kDa PDZ domain-containing adaptor protein originally characterized through its interaction with the HTLV-1 Tax oncoprotein. The kit supports research in viral oncology, Wnt/β-catenin signaling, and cytoskeletal remodeling by allowing researchers to determine TAX1BP3 levels in experimental and clinical specimens.

TAX1BP3 functions in PDZ-mediated receptor trafficking, β-catenin transcriptional regulation, and directed cell migration, making it a relevant target in tumor biology, infectious disease studies, and dissection of scaffolding protein networks.
