Human TARBP2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA (Double Antibody) kit for the quantitative measurement of human TARBP2 (RISC-loading complex subunit TARBP2; UniProt Q15633) in serum, plasma, cell lysates, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay is intended for the in vitro determination of target concentrations and is reactive with human samples.

Performance figures from the manufacturer's datasheet include a detection range of 0.313-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.188ng/mL. Spike-and-recovery was reported as serum (n=5) 85-104% (average 95%), EDTA plasma (n=5) 88-101% (average 95%), and UFH plasma (n=5) 93-103% (average 99%). Intra-Assay CV is given as CV<8% and Inter-Assay CV as CV<10%. Linearity was demonstrated across serial dilutions of spiked serum (1:2 89-105%, 1:4 89-103%, 1:8 91-104%), EDTA plasma (1:2 82-101%, 1:4 83-98%, 1:8 83-100%) and UFH plasma (1:2 88-96%, 1:4 80-93%, 1:8 85-94%) samples.

The workflow uses a pre-coated capture antibody on the microplate, a biotin-conjugated detection antibody, and HRP-Streptavidin (SABC). Signal is generated with TMB substrate, stopped with acidic stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450nm in a microplate reader.
