Human Tar DNA Binding Protein 43kDa (TDP43) ELISA Kit

TDP-43 mislocalization and cytoplasmic aggregation are hallmarks of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and frontotemporal lobar degeneration, and quantitative measurement in cerebrospinal fluid complements biomarker studies in patient cohorts. The assay reports a detection range 0.312 to 20 ng/mL with sensitivity 0.124 ng/mL.
