Human Tankyrase 2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA, double-antibody assay is intended for the precise quantification of tankyrase 2 in human samples. Tankyrase 2 is an enzyme linked to telomere maintenance, Wnt signalling, and DNA repair, and its dysregulation has been connected to cancer, inflammatory disorders, and metabolic conditions, supporting its use as a research target and biomarker.

Colourimetric readout relies on a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The principal incubations are 90 minutes at 37°C for antigen binding, 60 minutes for the detection antibody, and 30 minutes for HRP-streptavidin, followed by 10–20 minutes of colour development in the dark. Recovery is reported as 85–105% (average 92%) in serum, 94–105% (average 100%) in EDTA plasma, and 87–105% (average 97%) in heparin plasma, with linearity across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions of 80–105% across these matrices. Unopened components are stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months under those conditions.
