Human Tankyrase 1 ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of human Tankyrase-1 in research samples, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Tankyrase-1 is a key enzyme involved in regulating telomere maintenance, Wnt signaling, and protein degradation. Its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, metabolic disorders, and other diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for investigating these conditions and supporting the development of potential treatments.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity in serum (n=5) spans 88–101% at a 1:2 dilution, 87–100% at 1:4, and 86–93% at 1:8; EDTA plasma yields 86–105%, 85–93%, and 80–96% across the same dilutions; heparin plasma yields 92–104%, 82–97%, and 83–100%. Recovery averages 95% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma, and 93% for heparin plasma, with ranges of 85–103%, 87–97%, and 88–99% respectively. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
