Human Talin-2 (TLN2) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of Talin-2 in human samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric detection method. The assay is intended for research use only and is reactive with human Talin-2 (TLN2), also known by the synonym KIAA0320.

Talin-2 is a cytoskeletal protein that acts as a key component of focal adhesion plaques, linking integrins to the actin cytoskeleton and supporting roles in cell adhesion, migration, and tissue organisation. Dysregulation of Talin-2 has been linked to diseases including cancer and cardiovascular disorders, making it a biomarker of interest for disease research and therapeutic development. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human Talin-2 and is suitable for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.12 ng/mL, an Intra CV of 3.9%, and an Inter CV of 7.4%.
