The Assay Genie Human TAK1 ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of TGF-beta-activated kinase 1 (TAK1, also known as MAP3K7) in human research samples. TAK1 acts as a serine/threonine kinase that transduces inflammatory and stress-related signals through NF-κB and JNK/AP-1 cascades downstream of cytokine receptors such as IL-1R and TNFR, making it a key node in innate immunity, osteoclastogenesis, and programmed cell death pathways.
