Human TACI/TNFRSF13B ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of TACI (also known as TNFRSF13B) in human samples. Using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the assay offers a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL.

The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. TACI is a member of the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily (synonyms include TNFRSF13B, CD267, CVID and CVID2) and serves as a key regulator of the immune response and B-cell function. Dysregulation of TACI has been associated with autoimmune diseases, lymphoproliferative disorders and immunodeficiency syndromes, making it a valuable biomarker for research into these conditions.

All reagents are stored at 2–8 °C and remain stable for up to 12 months. Reported linearity spans 80–104% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma dilutions, with average recovery between 91% and 95% depending on the sample matrix.
